County Records Claim Form

All records claims should be submitted (received by the Records Officer) within 31 days of the record being shot.

Any appeals to the Records Officer's decisions must be submitted in writing to the Records Officer who will then take the appeal to the county committee for a decision to be made.

To claifiy:-

Shropshire recognises all GNAS rounds and age group categories and all FITA rounds and age group categories.

It is the responsibility of the archer to claim the record (some national records held by Shropshire archers have never been claimed as county records).

Only rounds shot at official tournaments count (these include, Club championships, postal league matches, but not practice rounds shot at club target days).

All claims must be accompanied by the official result sheet.

All claims must be received within 31 days of the record being shot.

Claims in favour of juniors should be countersigned by a parent, guardian or Club Officer.

All claims should be accompanied by an A4 SAE (if no SAE is received, no acknowlegements will be forwarded).
